First on the top of right corner page you need to choose the country you want to book a car and you can get a quote by searching for your pick-up and drop-off locations on the booking box. For final price, please be sure to complete the number of passengers traveling, and luggage and file all fields with important information for your booking. All the results are actual services available for your transfer, and all prices are the total price for all passengers traveling, and are based on the full travel details you provided. If you need help getting a quote for your transfer, or if you're having trouble finding available services, please contact us using the form in our Contact Us page on our website.

To beginning your booking is very important to choose the country you wish to book a car. Our booking process is simple and efficient. You don't need to have PayPal account to make a payment by credit or debit card. Enter the pickup place and destination place, to get a quote and file all questions in booking form. Confirm your booking details and proceed with the payment. After the payment is made you will receive booking confirmation to your email from jbchauffeurs.com and payment confirmation from PayPal. If you need help making a booking, or if you're having trouble with your payment, please contact us using the form in our Contact Us page.

JBChauffeurs is simply the payment agent, so any queries, complaints or disputes about a booking are between you and the Fleet Operator. However if you need to contact jbchauffeurs please fill the form in contact us page.

At this time online bookings generaly must be made at least 24 hours ahead of travel. If you need to book transfers for travel within 24 hours and no service is available, please Contact Support using Contact page on our website, and our team will assist you with the booking.

Yes, but only if the multiple pickups or drop off is on the way between first pickup and final destination drop off with short distance between pickup or drop off place to each other. On our booking system is the option for additional stops, when you choice the number of stops, then to each number you need to add the adress details. The charges coming automatically after adding any one additioanl stop. If this is not what you want, please visit Contact Us page using the contact form on our website. 

After you book, you will receive the contact details (phone number and email) of your fleet Operator/Driver on our booking confirmation page and email. Please contact them in the first instance for any ooking-related queries.
If the issue is not resolved and you still have problem, then you can contact jbchauffeurs.com 24hrs a day sending a message via the form on our website's ''Contact us'' page or if particularly urgent, phone on... Please note waiting times may be longer during peak periods). In all cases, please have the booking reference number of your trip with you. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hrs.

You can enter up to 5 additional stops when planning your journey by clicking the + button next to the drop off field on the home page. Extra charges for this stops will then be included in the quotes you receive on the results page.

When booking, please enter the specific terminal in the list of airports shown that your flight will be arriving at:
- Fleet Operators will not pick up from an airport unless they know your Flight Number. So as part of your booking, you must always provide the Flight Number for the flight arriving into the airport (which may be different to the Flight Number you left your origin from, if taking connecting flights). This should also enable the Fleet Operator to track your flight in case you are delayed..
- As part of the price you pay for an airport pickup with jbchauffeurs, our Fleet Operators are expected to provide you with a ‘Meet & Greet’ service, so their driver should meet you in the Arrivals area of the airport (or another meeting point, if specified in the booking) holding a sign with your name on it. But they can only do this if you provide them with your Flight Number.
- Please make a note of the Fleet Operator’s name and phone number (and jbchauffeurs email, info@jbchauffeurs.com) and keep your mobile phone on once you arrive. If ever you are delayed, please check for messages from the Fleet Operator (or chauffeurit, in case another Operator is assigned) or call them or their driver (if you have their details) asap so that they know to still wait for you.
- Since you need to factor in time to pass through Customs and perhaps collect your luggage, we recommend you set the car pickup time for at least 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time. If ever your flight is delayed, the Fleet Operator should have tracked the flight anyway. But any waiting time beyond the first 30 minutes may incur a charge by the Fleet Operator, which you can settle with them or their driver direct.

A condition of any Fleet Operator we present is that they must be licensed as a Limousine or Private Hire Operator by their Local Licensing Authority, which means they're obliged to only dispatch licensed Drivers. Importantly, every customer can rate the driver and company once the trip has been completed.

No worries at all, we track all flights and we will arrive when your plane touches down and wait for you, the courtesy free wait time does not start till the plane touched down.
